Refund Policy

All sales are final. Avernyx does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any purchase, for any reason.

1. Digital goods, delivered immediately

Ranks, rankups, crate keys and shards are digital items delivered to your Minecraft account right after payment. By completing a purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m); French Consumer Code, Art. L221-28).

2. No refunds in any case

• Being banned, muted or punished for breaking server rules.
• Entering the wrong Minecraft username.
• Unwanted crate rewards, item wipes, season resets or economy changes.
• Changes to perks, prices or the server, or the server shutting down.
• Buying by accident or changing your mind.

3. Missing delivery

If you paid and did not receive your item, contact us on Discord with your order details. We will deliver the item — we do not refund it.

4. Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support results in a permanent ban from Avernyx and removal of all purchased items.
