Terms of Service

By buying from the Avernyx store you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase.

1. What you buy

All items are virtual perks for use on the Avernyx Minecraft server only. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and remain the property of Avernyx. You get a licence to use them while the server operates.

2. Your account

You must enter the correct Minecraft username. You are responsible for purchases made with your account and payment method. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Server rules

Purchases do not exempt you from server rules. Staff may punish or ban any player, including buyers, and purchased items are not returned or refunded.

4. Changes

We may change items, perks, prices, crate rewards or these terms at any time. Continued use of the store means you accept the updated terms.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. See our Refund Policy.

6. Liability

The store and server are provided "as is". We are not liable for downtime, data loss or lost items, to the extent allowed by law.

7. Not affiliated

Avernyx is not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft. Payments are processed by Stripe.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
